So, my advice is don’t bother with the game unless you dig frustration.

So I spend 12 minutes “chatting” with “Elsy,” who ends up emailing me the same article because “you can email about the issue.” Of course, the email says “don’t reply because this is an unattended email address.” So… the “support” link takes you to Netflix support, which has only an article that says “tough luck,” no way to report anything.
